PokerStars has already taken over the top spot in Michigan, overtaking BetMGM, in terms of revenue generated in January. In January, however, that spiked up to $2.7 million, according to the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, a positive sign for those who support shared liquidity between multiple states. As we reported recently, the state's seven online poker sites generated a combined $2.1 million in revenue during the month of December. New Jersey is where the biggest gains have come from the shared liquidity.
